This lesson continues the discussion of the Fundamental Rights and starts with the coverage of Article 14. Important points of Equality before Law and Equal Protection of Laws are covered, along with the discussions of the major exceptions. It then covers the article 15 i.e. State shall not discriminate against any citizen on grounds only of religion, race, caste, sex or place of birth, followed by article 16 that there will be Equality of Opportunity in Public Employment and finally Article 17 i.e. Right against Untouchability.
